Uniq F.M Celebrates 13th Anniversary, Oct 1

The First Private Radio Station in Osun State UNIQ 103.1F.M will celebrate its Thirteenth (13th) year anniversary.

The anniversary celebrations kicks off on September, 29th, 2023 with a raffle ticket draw at the Uniq FM Old Office, Oke-Esa, Ilesa where fans, listeners get the chance to win amazing prizes followed by the main event on the 1st of October, 2023 scheduled to hold at Oba Adekunle Aromolaran Civic Centre, Ilesa.

As tradition, the 1st of October will be an unforgettable day for teeming listeners, friends and fans of Uniq 103.1FM, Ilesa who will turn out once again to celebrate the anniversary of the radio station fondly referred to as the King of Radio, Southwest Nigeria!

This years’ celebration marks 13 years of a journey which began in the vibrant heart of Ilesa; and now spans as far as Kwara, Ogun !

There’s no gainsaying the fact that Uniq FM has for 13 years been at the forefront of information, entertainment, education, politics and its intersecting parts.

The much-loved radio station has undeniably contributed largely to the foundation of radio broadcasting in South West Nigeria.

In a Chat with LoveNigeria News , The General Manager and CEO of the Station Otunba Jare Ayo Martins said through the years Uniq FM has been a trailblazer in educative, informative and entertaining programmes and has been able to endear many audience that cuts across all strata.

Otunba Jare Ayo Martins while expressing joy and appreciating listeners, reaffirmed commitment, to intensify efforts to provide quality broadcasting and content for it’s listeners .

He thanked the management and staff of Uniq FM for their hard work which has brought the station this far just as he encouraged them not to rest on their oars but to continue to meet the media needs of all classes of audience they have, as well as attracting more people to the dial.

Uniq Fm has won several awards, notable among them is THE BEST BROADCAST STATION on October 27th, 2022 from the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osun State Council .
