Seek Divine Intervention During Hardships: Pastor Adeboye Encourages Nigerians

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has urged Nigerians facing difficulties to seek solace and assistance through prayer.

Speaking at the RCCG headquarters in Ebute-Metta during the June thanksgiving service themed ‘Lifter Up of My Head,’ Adeboye emphasized the importance of turning to God in challenging times.

Addressing the congregation, Adeboye said, “If you need provision, if things are hard and I know things are hard for quite a few of us, call on the one whose name is Jehovah El-Shaddai, the God who is more than enough.”

He reassured those in distress that God, known as the provider, has various ways to meet their needs. “Call on Him – the one who is more than enough and He will meet your needs…He has many ways, depending on what is your need.”

Adeboye also highlighted the importance of faith when all other options seem blocked, urging believers to rely on God, referred to as “the way,” for guidance and support.
