The embattled aide, Adebisi Emmanuel, has insisted that he still remains the Senior Special Assistant on Civil Societies to Governor Adeleke.
LoveNigeria News had earlier reported that Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has approved the immediate suspension of the SSA over alleged misconduct pending the outcome of investigations by the Chief of Staff to the State Governor, Hon Kazeem Akinleye.
Reacting to the news in a 2-minute 55-second video posted on his official Facebook page on Wednesday, Mr. Emmanuel Adebisi stated that some sad politicians and unscrupulous elements are peddling fake news about his suspension.
The suspended SSA assured his fans, including the civil society organization in Osun State and the youth, to put their minds at rest.
He reiterated that he has been an advocate before becoming SSA to the governor.
Emmanuel affirmed that his principal has not told him that he has been sacked, while reiterating that people can testify that he is a celebrity SSA who is used to issues of dragging here and there.
He noted that some sad politicians are being jealous of him, adding that he still remains SSA to the Governor on Civil Societies organization.
The embattled SSA, who said he had just finished listening to a case and they had resolved it, urged his supporters to disregard information circulating on media by unprofessional bloggers and useless and unscrupulous elements about his suspension.
